We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to lead business development, sales, and operations for cybersecurity and access control solutions across KSA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, market strategy, and technical expertise within the security technology domain.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Business Development & Market Strategy
    • Drive business expansion in KSA and the GCC by identifying new opportunities and cultivating strategic partnerships within the cybersecurity, CCTV, and access control sectors.
    • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to enhance market presence and accelerate revenue growth.
    • Engage with key industry consultants, decision-makers, and stakeholders to establish strong business relationships and explore collaboration opportunities.
    • Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes, adjusting business strategies to maintain a strong market position.
  • Sales Leadership & Strategy
    • Lead and manage the sales team, setting and achieving revenue targets for cybersecurity and security technology solutions.
    • Design and implement high-performance incentive plans to drive sales effectiveness and align objectives with business growth.
    • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development to enhance sales team capabilities and closing rates.
    • Ensure sales efforts are strategically aligned with overall business objectives and evolving market demands.
  • Operations & Project Management
    • Oversee the operations team, ensuring seamless project execution and delivery of security solutions in line with client expectations, budgets, and timelines.
    • Ensure effective coordination between sales and technical implementation teams for smooth project execution.
    • Develop and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain comprehensive documentation of project milestones, client engagements, and technical support activities.
  • Technical Expertise & Sales Support
    • Lead technical presentations and demonstrations for clients, highlighting business value and solution capabilities.
    • Provide pre-sales technical support, including solution design and customization based on client requirements.
    • Conduct training sessions for clients, internal teams, and consultants to strengthen knowledge of security solutions.
  • Client & Consultant Engagement
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key consultants and clients, acting as the primary technical and business liaison.
    • Influence project specifications to ensure seamless integration of security solutions into client environments.
    • Proactively engage with clients to drive satisfaction and identify additional business opportunities.
  • Leadership & Team Management
    • Oversee and manage both the Sales and Operations teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    • Provide leadership, mentorship, and strategic direction to team members to drive performance and innovation.
    • Develop and implement performance management frameworks, setting clear goals and conducting regular evaluations.

Key Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, specializing in cybersecurity, CCTV, or access control solutions, with a proven track record in business development and team leadership.
  3. Experience managing both sales and operations teams, with a strong focus on performance-driven strategies.
  4. Strong understanding of the KSA and GCC markets, with an established network of clients, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
  5. Deep technical knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, including network security, endpoint protection, and threat intelligence, with hands-on implementation experience.
  6. Expertise in designing and implementing high-level sales incentive plans to drive team performance.
  7. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present technical solutions to diverse stakeholders.
  8. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making abilities.
  9. Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and align business development efforts with sales and operations objectives.
