Role Summary

The Operations Coordinator will provide administrative support to multiple senior leaders in KSA, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional results. This role requires a high degree of independence, judgment, and discretion, as you will be working with sensitive information and interacting with clients and other FTI leaders.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings and travel arrangements, setting up conference calls, creating documents and reports, and conducting research projects. You will also be responsible for managing contact lists, updating SalesForce CRM, and assisting with new client opportunities.

You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including tender submissions, office events, and special projects. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, capturing time and expenses, and reconciling Amex statements.
