Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Human Resources to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the HR function and driving the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the organization's overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic HR Leadership
    1. Develop and execute HR strategies that support the organization's business objectives and long-term goals.
    2. Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive leadership team on all HR-related matters, providing insights and recommendations to enhance organizational effectiveness.
    3. Lead the HR team in delivering high-quality HR services that align with the company's values and culture.
  2. Talent Management
    1. Oversee the talent acquisition process to attract and retain top talent.
    2. Implement effective onboarding, training, and development programs to ensure employee growth and retention.
    3. Manage performance management processes to align individual performance with organizational goals.
  3. Employee Relations and Engagement
    1. Foster a positive workplace environment by addressing employee relations issues and promoting open communication.
    2. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives that enhance job satisfaction and organizational commitment.
    3. Lead efforts to create and maintain a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  4. Compensation and Benefits
    1. Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract, motivate, and retain employees.
    2. Ensure that compensation practices are equitable, compliant with regulations, and aligned with organizational goals.
    3. Regularly review and update benefits offerings to meet the needs of a diverse workforce.
  5. Compliance and Risk Management
    1. Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
    2. Manage HR-related risks by implementing robust compliance and governance frameworks.
    3. Oversee the administration of employee records and HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  6. Organizational Development and Culture
    1. Lead initiatives to shape and evolve the organizational culture, ensuring it supports innovation, collaboration, and employee satisfaction.
    2. Implement organizational development programs that support change management and business transformation efforts.
    3. Promote a culture of continuous learning and development across the organization.
  7. Leadership and Team Development
    1. Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and professional growth.
    2. Ensure the HR team's goals and objectives align with the organization's strategic priorities.
    3. Promote a high-performing HR function that delivers exceptional service to the organization.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  2. Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  3. Strong understanding of HR practices, including talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and compliance.
  4. Proven experience in driving HR initiatives that support organizational goals and culture.
  5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to influence and build strong relationships with executives and employees at all levels.
  7. Proficiency in HR software, systems, and data analytics.
  8. Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
