Position: Human Resources Manager

Asterix Communications is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to drive strategic HR initiatives and support the growth of our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and objectives.
  2. Manage the full cycle of recruitment and selection, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and job offers.
  3. Proactively address employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
  4. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, updating policies and practices as needed.
  5. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees in all HR-related matters.
  6. Lead and coordinate the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
  7. Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  8. Maintain accurate records and HR documentation, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  9. Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives and projects.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven work experience as an HR Manager for at least 4 years or a similar role.
  3. Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
  4. Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  8. Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with employees at all levels.
  9. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
  10. HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
