Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team at Oil and Gas Job Search Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating projects across multiple product service lines, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project plans.
  • Meeting Management: Lead regular meetings with project stakeholders to review progress, discuss challenges, and implement solutions.
  • Problem Solving: Participate in operational problem-solving during project execution, including leading or supervising investigations on SQ events.
  • Project Planning: Plan, organize, and coordinate projects for 3 or more product service lines (PSLs) in accordance with established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements.
  • Quality Assurance: Champion Halliburton and the Customer's Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations, expectations, and guidelines.
  • Equipment Verification: Verify equipment received at the well site is in accordance with documented specifications and requirements.
  • Third-Party Management: Ensure that all 3rd-party rental/purchase equipment has current inspection and testing documentation.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews in accordance with established PSL and Project KPIs.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain a detailed record of Daily Operations Reports in OpenWells with a focus on productive times and NPT classification.
  • Procedure Management: Maintain the latest version of project procedures and expectations, ensuring that all HAL personnel are working from the latest version.
  • Operational Performance: Evaluate PSL operational performance and applicability of technology offerings.
  • Project Optimization: Manage project Performance Optimization Plans.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Resolve all cross-PSL issues with the customer prior to final invoicing and report processing.
  • Lessons Learned: Document lessons learned and communicate the same to the District and Project Leadership Team.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a suitable STEM field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of related experience, with a minimum of 2 years of full-time oil and gas experience.
