We are looking for a skilled Office Services Assistant to join our team at Bayut | dubizzle. As part of our hospitality services, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our guest rooms are clean and well-maintained at all times.

Your role will involve:

  • Maintaining the cleanliness of all guest rooms;
  • Cleaning designated areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, and restroom cleaning;
  • Cleaning and maintaining all working equipment used;
  • Ensuring trash bins are emptied regularly;
  • Managing the cleaning schedule;
  • Following all safety protocols, using and storing chemicals correctly, and utilizing necessary safety materials to create a safe work environment;
  • Storing lost and found items properly and maintaining accurate logs;
  • Notifying management of any occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.

Requirements:

  • You must possess basic English skills;
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is required;
  • Familiarity with weekly and monthly checklists is beneficial;
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is essential;
  • Good communication skills are necessary;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Honesty, helpfulness, focus, and flexibility are highly valued.
