Your Impact

The Product Specialist role will be based in Riyadh, reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager. This strategic position requires a sales professional with extensive product knowledge and industry expertise to drive growth, foster relationships, and meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue goals and expand market presence.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through research and networking.
  • Built strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, particularly in the healthcare sector.
  • Conduct regular meetings and presentations to understand doctors' needs and promote product benefits.
  • Maintain in-depth understanding of the company's products, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Educate doctors on product features, benefits, and applications to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
  • Manage entire sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring high level of doctor satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts.
  • Work closely with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  • Share market insights and doctors' feedback to inform product improvements and marketing initiatives.
  • Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in Arabic and English communication.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Dentistry or Life Science/Healthcare.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Specialist with a proven sales record.
  • Ability to work on MS Suite, CRM, and sales systems.
  • Enthusiastic with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
