Job Overview:

Lendo Inc. is seeking an Account Growth Strategist to join our sales team.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Relationship Manager in a financial institution and be able to build and maintain strong client and business relationships.

You will be responsible for maintaining a deep knowledge of our products and services, researching and pursuing new business opportunities, and providing clients with comprehensive product/service consultations.

Key responsibilities include conducting regular site visits and e-meetings with clients, identifying clients' needs and requirements, and proposing suitable solutions.

You will also up sell and cross sell products/services to clients, resolve complaints and issues efficiently, and meet sales/revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's Degree in management, financing, accounting, or a similar field.
  • Experience as a Relationship Manager in a financial institution for a minimum of 3 years.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client and business relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
