About the Position

Saudi Xerox is looking for an experienced Office Automation Technician to contribute to the success of our team. As a key player in our service delivery, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our PSG and multifunction office printers, copiers, and scanners.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Deliver high-quality training to customers on operating Xerox products, covering topics such as troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization.
  2. Enhance the skills of PSG Operators to achieve exceptional results in Graphic Printing and production Printing, prioritizing reliability and uptime.
  3. Leverage your technical expertise to maintain the performance and productivity of PSG Printers, applying industry best practices and standards.
  4. Identify and pursue sales leads and contract opportunities, driving business growth and expansion.
  5. Document service activities accurately and promptly, providing valuable insights to stakeholders.
  6. Foster exceptional customer satisfaction through personalized technical support and superior service delivery.
Essential Qualifications

To excel as an Office Automation Technician, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics, or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in office automation, preferably in a technical support or service delivery capacity.
