Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to oversee the design process, coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and Manage the Design Process: Oversee the design process for multiple projects within the program, ensuring that design requirements are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with Design Professionals: Work closely with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to ensure that project requirements are met and that design solutions are innovative and effective.
  • Develop and Maintain Project Design Budgets and Schedules: Develop and maintain project design budgets and schedules, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Monitor and Ensure Quality Control: Monitor and ensure quality control throughout the design process, ensuring that design solutions meet the required standards.
  • Manage Design Changes: Manage design changes and provide timely communication to stakeholders, ensuring that changes are implemented smoothly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with Project Teams: Coordinate with project teams to ensure seamless integration of design and construction phases, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Ensure Compliance with Design Codes and Regulations: Ensure compliance with design codes, regulations, and best practices, ensuring that design solutions meet the required standards.
  • Drive Innovation: Continuously identify opportunities for improvement in the design process and drive innovation, ensuring that design solutions are innovative and effective.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a Related Field: A bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field is required.
  • At Least 15 Years of Proven Experience as a Project Manager in Design Management: At least 15 years of proven experience as a project manager in design management is required.
  • Experience in Managing Design Processes for Large-Scale Projects: Experience in managing design processes for large-scale projects is required.
  • Strong Knowledge of Design Principles, Codes, and Regulations: Strong knowledge of design principles, codes, and regulations is required.
  • Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills are required.
  • Strong Organizational and Project Management Abilities: Strong organizational and project management abilities are required.
  • Ability to Work Effectively in a Fast-Paced, Deadline-Driven Environment: The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment is required.
  • Knowledge of BIM and Other Design Software: Knowledge of BIM and other design software is a plus.
