Jasara Program Management Company, a leading program management company in Saudi Arabia, is currently seeking expressions of interest for experienced Senior Project Managers to lead the delivery of a large-scale program. This position is part of our exciting project, where we aim to deliver world-class design and development projects that support the ambitious goals of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and delivering complex projects within the large-scale program. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery within budget and schedule. The large-scale program presents unique challenges and opportunities to contribute to the transformation of infrastructure and urban development in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the delivery of projects within the large-scale program, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and schedule.
  2. Manage project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  3. Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and risk management.
  4. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
  5. Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  6. Ensure compliance with project management standards, processes, and methodologies.
  7. Facilitate effective communication and coordination among project teams and stakeholders.
  8. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery.
Minimum Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, preferably in infrastructure or construction projects.
  3. Preference will be given to candidates with infrastructure, theme park, or hotels experience.
  4. Proven experience in managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
  5. Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  6. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  9. Experience in the large-scale program or similar large-scale programs is a plus.
  10. PMP certification is desired.
