Job Overview:

The Customer Advisory Architecture Advisor works closely with our Sales organization and Partner ecosystem to define account strategy. This role bridges the gap between customer business strategy and relevant solutions by crafting to-be business and solution architectures and designing a transformation roadmap at the enterprise level.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with customers to support sales cycles throughout the Customer Value Journey as an integral member of our account team.
  2. Drive business and IT architecture definitions to ensure consistency, cooperation, and alignment with our organizations, customers, and partners.
  3. Support assessment of current customer solutions from SAP and potential areas of opportunity for faster solution adoption and consumption.
  4. Understand customer business process maps and industry reference architectures.
  5. Ensure IT feasibility of business capabilities mapping to SAP solution architecture.

Requirements:

Essential Skills:

  1. Considerable experience with software/IT organizations as an IT Architecture or Enterprise Architecture Advisor and/or specific expertise with software solutions through Solution Management, Sales, Presales, Adoption/Consumption, Consulting, or Business Development.
  2. Deep knowledge of Cloud, Hosted Services, SaaS/PaaS models, and Cloud-based commerce/business networks.
  3. Proven professional networks in the market to drive pipeline and revenue growth for SAP.
  4. Proven track record of success in selected industry areas.
  5. Proven leadership and project management experience.

Desirable Skills:

  1. Fluency in English; any other language is an asset.
  2. Fluency in local markets' languages is desirable.
  3. Togaf or SAPIEA-10 certifications and Experience in using EAM tools is an added value.
