About the Role:This role involves providing clinical support and education to patients and healthcare professionals on the proper use of Capital products and medical devices. The successful candidate will develop and execute strategic plans for specialized products in KSA, ensuring revenue growth and market expansion.
- Establish and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in key accounts, fostering collaboration and trust.
- Coordinate demo processes for Capital Products, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities, working closely with sales teams to drive business results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate demo processes and ensure technical support is provided as needed.
The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience in the Endoscopy industry or General surgery segment, preferably laparoscopy. A degree in Biomedical engineering, healthcare, biology, nursing, or life sciences is essential, along with high skills proficiency.
- Veterinary medicine or a Bachelor's in pharmacy are also acceptable qualifications.
- A deep understanding of device mechanics and the ability to troubleshoot quickly while maintaining safety and efficacy standards is crucial.
- Experience covering all regions in KSA and notable relationship-building skills are highly valued.
