Key Accountabilities- Manage and direct the SBU toward its primary goals and objectives.

- Coordinate hospital management system operations and integrate them with healthcare services.
- Develop strategic plans to improve system performance and patient care quality.
- Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Foster relationships with stakeholders to drive system effectiveness and improvements.
- Analyze system data to identify areas for optimization and innovation.
- Lead and mentor a team to ensure efficient operational workflows and system management.
- Report on performance metrics and propose actionable insights for continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in healthcare management, information technology, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of experience in hospital management or healthcare systems with proven leadership experience is required.
A strong understanding of hospital management systems and healthcare IT solutions is essential. Exceptional leadership and communication skills are also necessary. Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking tools is required.
