Qualifications:

  • They will have 2-4 years of proven experience as a technical recruiter in IT, software development, or related industries.
  • The candidate will have familiarity with technical job requirements, programming languages, frameworks, and emerging technologies.
  • They will have experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.
  • The candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with both technical candidates and non-technical stakeholders.
  • They will have strong ability to build relationships and provide an exceptional candidate experience.
  • The candidate will have the ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize recruitment efforts efficiently.
  • They will have the ability to negotiate compensation packages and close candidates effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications in talent acquisition or technical recruiting would be an asset.
  • Experience recruiting in fast-paced tech environments or start-ups would be beneficial.
  • Familiarity with technical assessments and coding interviews would be a plus.
