The Red Hat Sales team is seeking a Senior Openshift Specialist Solution Architect to join us in Riyadh. This role requires leveraging expertise with containerization, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure technologies to help customers derive business value from their OpenShift environment.

You will have a passion for open source and a deep understanding of business processes and IT problems faced at the enterprise level. Excellent communication and people skills are essential as you'll be part of the first in-depth experience our customers have with Red Hat.

In this role, you will work directly with customers to understand their technical and business goals, designing solutions utilizing Red Hat technologies. You'll run live demonstrations, workshops, and proofs of concept around our Red Hat offerings to educate customers on capabilities and help design new solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Present Red Hat OpenShift technology and solutions to customers and partners, addressing complex requirements and explaining value-driven architectures.
  • Gain deep understanding of customer business and IT environments, serving as an advocate for customer priorities with Business teams.
  • Drive adoption and consumption of OpenShift commensurate with customer metrics.
  • Gain and develop understanding of customer's current state architecture, key metrics, workloads, development environment, lines of business concerns and coordinate with partners and Red Hat Consulting.
Requirements
  • Experience in sales engineering, consulting, IT architecture, or equivalent in supporting large organizations.
  • Experience architecting, designing or implementing solutions related to virtualization, storage, networking in Enterprise and Government organizations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, documentation and problem solving skills.
  • Positive team player attitude and strong desire to make customers successful.
  • Ability to understand customers' challenges, requirements and technical issues and collaborate to address those with appropriate technologies and solutions.
