About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Governance Specialist to join our team at Wipro. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective governance and compliance of our cyber security practices.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement Governance Frameworks

You will design and implement governance frameworks that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. This includes establishing policies, procedures, and controls to ensure effective governance across the organization.

Assess Risks and Identify Vulnerabilities

You will conduct risk assessments to identify potential areas of non-compliance or vulnerabilities. This involves analyzing internal processes, systems, and controls to identify gaps and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.

Design and Implement Compliance Programs

You will develop and implement compliance programs that address regulatory requirements and internal policies. This includes designing monitoring and testing procedures, conducting internal audits, and ensuring timely remediation of identified issues.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams

Qualifications and Requirements
  1. Professional Certifications

Professional certifications such as Governance, Risk, and Compliance Professional (GRCP), Certified in Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology certification (COBIT) or equivalent.

Strong Understanding of Regulatory Requirements

Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to governance and compliance.

Experience in Governance and Compliance

Experience in developing and implementing governance frameworks and compliance programs.

Cybersecurity Knowledge

Cybersecurity policy management, training and awareness, regulatory and policy compliance, privacy and data protection, and risk assessment methodologies.

Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify solutions.
