  • Training and Development
    • Develop and implement training strategies to enhance the skills and knowledge of retail teams, including frontline staff and retail management.
    • Design and deliver training programs that align with Sales, Brand, Marketing, and HR strategies.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build positive business outcomes and drive sales growth.
  • Customer Experience
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience, including mystery shopping and customer journey mapping.
    • Work with retail and wholesale teams to ensure highest standards of customer service and product presentation.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • 5+ years of relevant training and education experience, preferably in the beauty and cosmetics industry within the GCC region.
    • Make-up artistry skills.
    • Extensive experience in wholesale partnership and retail selling environments.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a sense of business acumen.
    • Ability to work collaboratively to build positive business outcomes.
    • Fluency in Arabic and English is a must.
