Linked4HR Human Resources Consultancies LLC is seeking a Senior Local Content Strategist to lead the localization efforts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's localization strategies, policies, and procedures. This includes attracting reputed foreign suppliers to establish their manufacturing facilities in Saudi Arabia and working with them to develop and approve their localization plans.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, or Engineering, and at least 9-15 years of relevant experience in contract procurement. Certification in Contract Management or related field is also desirable.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing the company's localization strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Attracting reputed foreign suppliers to establish their manufacturing facilities in Saudi Arabia.
  • Working with suppliers to develop and approve their localization plans.
  • Cooperating with other local localization program associations to avoid overlapping.
  • Assisting suppliers in identifying local sources of raw materials as required.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, presentation skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently.
