Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team as a Project Development Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, analysis, and oversight of civil engineering components of various projects, including residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, retail, and healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather data and assess existing conditions, ensuring accurate project planning and execution.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and reports, utilizing industry-standard software and tools.
- Develop cost estimates and construction schedules, taking into account project requirements and resource allocation.
- Review and interpret architectural, structural, and other related plans, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications and safety protocols, minimizing risks and ensuring project success.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the construction team, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Perform engineering analyses, including structural, hydraulic, and geotechnical calculations, to ensure project feasibility and sustainability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable institution.
- Registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE), demonstrating commitment to professional development and industry standards.
- Proficient in using engineering software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and various civil design applications, to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities, with a passion for delivering high-quality, innovative engineering solutions.
