Position Overview:
Axios International is seeking a skilled Nurse Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Patient Support Program, you will provide comprehensive nursing care in the community setting, assisting patients to achieve optimum health and quality of life in situations of chronic disease.
About the Position:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing effective nursing care to individuals and/or families in the community or in Patient Support Programs. This includes monitoring vital signs, blood glucose levels, and providing teaching and support for patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and Manage Patients: Assess patients' needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Provide Education and Support: Educate patients and their families on self-care techniques and provide emotional support as needed.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Qualifications:
- A BS Degree in Nursing is required.
- At least 2 years working experience in a healthcare setting.
- Must provide evidence of local health authority license or eligibility letter.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic.
- Demonstrate clinical nursing knowledge and experience in providing direct patient care.
