As a Strategic Planning Director, you will be responsible for driving the development and articulation of the Group's vision, mission, strategy, and objectives.

You will conduct internal/external strategic analysis, identify scenarios, assess options for the way forward, and formulate recommendations for MC/BoD.

Gathering KSA Sectors, OpCos, and BDSs input on strategic analysis is also an essential part of this role.

You will conduct strategic workshops to align stakeholders and seek input on the way forward.

Maintaining/updating corporate strategy and goals is crucial in this position.

You will drive strategy communications (internal and external cascade) to ensure adoption and alignment.

Defining and proactively selecting strategic 'deep-dives' to be approved by Senior Management is also a key responsibility.

This role involves developing long-term capability building plans to enable effective execution of strategic recommendations.

Developing and tracking long-term 'early warning signals' for emerging opportunities and/or threats is also a critical aspect of this position.

Organizing quarterly workshops to review global industry trends and align STC viewpoint on them with relevant stakeholders inside the Group is another important task.

You will prepare quarterly trends reports and participate in events/forums in the industry.

Supporting in the ideation process for medium-to-long-term areas/themes for potential partnerships or investments is also an essential part of this role.

Responsibilities:

At least 10 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
