Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team at Connect Saudi in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

This key role is responsible for driving new business growth, developing client relationships, and implementing innovative sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.

Responsibilities
  • New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Riyadh market and surrounding areas.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and VIP accounts.
  • Sales Presentations: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Sales Collaboration: Collaborate with regional managers and sales representatives to coordinate sales initiatives.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective regional sales strategies.
  • Sales Data Management: Maintain accurate sales data and activity records in the company's CRM system.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies.
  • Industry Representation: Attend industry conferences and events to represent the company and generate leads.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Diploma minimum degree.
  • Sales Experience: Minimum of 1 year of successful sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Sales Performance: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Languages: Excellent presentation and public speaking skills. Fluent in English and Arabic.
