About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Growth Strategist to join our team at Danaher Corporation. As a key member of our commercial organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence in the Central and Eastern Provinces.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, with a strong understanding of diagnostic business models and experience working with distributors and third-party partners.

You will lead a talented team of sales professionals, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve and exceed business objectives. Your ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders, including end-users, purchasing agents, and distributors, will be critical to your success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Profitability Management: Lead and manage sales and profitability for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics in the Central and Eastern Provinces, ensuring alignment with the Saudi STRAT plan.
  • Drive growth and achieve business plan targets by identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
  • Set, review, and monitor sales objectives for your team, ensuring a healthy and updated sales funnel.
  • Manage the A&P budget in collaboration with the Country Director and Marketing Head.
