About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Consultant or Senior Consultant to join our Real Estate Strategy and Consultancy service line. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, and developing strategic recommendations for our clients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of regional real estate markets to inform client strategies.
  • Develop financial models using Excel and other business query tools, including coding of macros.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external consultants to deliver high-quality reports and presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business development opportunities and contribute to proposal writing and networking events.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regional economic trends and drivers of real estate growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the real estate sector, preferably with a consultancy.
  • Strong understanding of regional real estate markets and ability to analyze data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
