Job Summary

The Retail Manager role involves overseeing the delivery of exceptional retail and operational standards across Sephora stores in the Central Region. Key responsibilities include managing people, standards, customer experience, financial, and operational aspects of stores, as well as coaching and developing Store Managers and teams to achieve targets.

This is a challenging role requiring strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a high achiever with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the beauty industry.

Main Responsibilities
  • Drive sales and profitability by evaluating and implementing strategies to improve performance and operations.
  • Lead and develop Store Managers and store teams to meet or exceed sales and KPI targets.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated expertise in sales, service, and commercial KPI environments.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Deep understanding of the beauty industry, including current trends and products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
