{"h1": "Project Manager - Riyadh Development", "p": "We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in the delivery of a major mixed-use development project. The project consists of over 200 projects, including cultural and heritage assets, F&B, retail, and hotels, commercial buildings, and educational facilities.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Collaborating with the planning function on allocated projects and contributing as required.
* Supporting PMO functions in the delivery of the project, as required, ensuring they are delivered on time and accurately.
* Responsible for supporting the interface planning for a large complex portfolio of projects.
* Developing detailed plans taking full cognizance of logistics/site/project constraints.
* Interfaces with Project Team, contributing to the production of the monthly progress report to the project team and understand functional obligations under the contract.
* Reviews and captures productivity to measure progress.
* Communicates effectively with the client, project team, and stakeholders.
* Ensures health and safety through programme integration.
* Establishes and oversees project work plan and deadlines.
* Undertakes tasks required to full fill the requirements of the project/assignment.
* Responsible for coordinating activities for team.
* Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

* Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
* Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6, Power BI, and Microsoft Office suite.

You will also have:

* Working towards a professional qualification (e.g. CIOB, APM, PMI).
* Other relevant qualifications specific to local requirements.
* Able to respond to all client/stakeholder requests effectively and sensitively.
* Communicate & present to project team on programme drivers, goals & issues, etc.
