Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager at KEO, you will be responsible for leading and managing entire project lifecycles, from conceptualization to realization. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage entire project lifecycles, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and control.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, project teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Manage and mentor multiple project teams to achieve project targets and business results.
  • Develop and implement project management strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
  • Ensure compliance with local authority codes and standards.

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on project management best practices.
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in the built and natural environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Master Planning, Urban Design, Architecture, or a related field. Master's or PhD is an advantage.
  • Licensed as a Professional Landscape Architect, Master Planner, Urban Designer, Architect, or Engineer by an internationally recognized architectural or engineering association or body.
  • APM or PMP certification is an advantage.
