Job Description
This role oversees the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community, ensuring that residents' healthcare needs are met. The position involves managing the schedules of licensed nursing staff, medication technicians/CMA's, and caregivers, providing training and education to caregivers on an ongoing basis. Additionally, this role manages the continuity and consistency of medication training, pharmacy management, and medication supervision and/or administration in the community. A minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience and an LPN or LVN license are required.
