Business Development Specialist

Care seeks a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the assigned region.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the molecular diagnostics or healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of molecular diagnostics technology and applications. You will also possess excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and colleagues.
