**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Merchandising Team Lead to join our team at Caliberly. As a key member of our merchandising department, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of product displays and merchandising activities across various retail locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead a team of merchandisers and provide guidance on merchandising strategies and tactics.
    • Develop and implement training programs to improve team performance and knowledge.
  • Product Display and Promotion:
    • Ensure optimal product placement and display to maximize visibility and sales.
    • Coordinate in-store promotions, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Monitor stock levels and liaise with store management to ensure timely replenishment.
    • Prevent stockouts or overstock situations by maintaining proper communication with the supply chain team.
  • Customer Relationships:
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key retail clients and store managers.
    • Address client concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
    • Track and report on merchandising performance, including sales data and stock levels.
    • Analyze sales trends and customer behavior to inform merchandising strategies.
  • Compliance and Standards:
    • Ensure all displays and merchandising efforts comply with health and safety regulations.
    • Maintain a clean and organized merchandising environment that aligns with the brand's image.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in the food or confectionery industry.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of retail merchandising principles and strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in using merchandising software and tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Salary:$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
