At Whitecollars, we're seeking a highly skilled Digital Lifestyle Marketing Lead to drive our social media presence across platforms and develop engaging lifestyle content. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team and collaborate with designers and directors to create compelling content, analyze audience demographics, and refine strategies to grow online presence.

We're looking for someone who can lead content creation efforts, handle copywriting, and manage content across social media channels while engaging with our company community, fostering strong customer relationships, and monitoring social media conversations and feedback.

In this role, you'll identify and build relationships with influencers, bloggers, and brand ambassadors, track influencer performance, and monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics using tools like Instagram Insights and Snapchat Analytics.

Our ideal candidate has proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in a lifestyle or retail brand, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy focused on lifestyle content aligned with brand objectives and seasonal campaigns.
  • Create and maintain a content calendar, scheduling posts across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat).
  • Analyze audience demographics and platform performance to refine strategies and grow online presence.
  • Lead content creation efforts, working with the Graphic Designer, Photographer, and Art Director to produce engaging lifestyle photos, videos, stories, and reels.
  • Handle all copywriting for social media posts, ensuring captions and content are aligned with the lifestyle brand tone and speak to customer aspirations.
  • Engage with the company community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews.
  • Monitor social media conversations and feedback, ensuring a positive brand reputation.
  • Identify and build relationships with influencers, bloggers, and brand ambassadors who align with company's lifestyle values.
  • Coordinate influencer campaigns, ensuring proper execution and measurable results.
  • Track influencer performance and adapt strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in a lifestyle or retail brand.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with a focus on lifestyle copywriting for social media.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics tools.
  • Creativity with a keen eye for lifestyle design and visual storytelling.
  • Experience with influencer marketing and paid social media campaigns.
