Contract Administration Expertise:

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team at Parsons Oman. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing all contract activity on a major market program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement contract strategies, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Provide technical guidance to assigned personnel and ensure proficiency in contract administration.

  • Review requests for proposals and other contractual documents to identify potential contract risks. Collaborate with commercial teams, project management, and project controls to ensure proper support for contract negotiations and administration.

  • Negotiate complex contractual issues with clients and stakeholders, leveraging your expertise in contract law and industry best practices. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Pursue 20+ years of experience in contract administration, mixed-use development projects, and PMO/PMC projects. MRICS, MCIPS, or equivalent certification is required. Comprehensive knowledge of industry business practices and prime contracts negotiation.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and working knowledge of Project Management software packages are essential. Ability to perform in a management capacity and experience in FIDIC contracts are also required.
