Regional Sales Leader - Middle East BFSI:

The Regional Sales Leader for the Middle East BFSI segment will be responsible for developing and executing a business strategy that aligns with the company's global objectives. This involves leading a high-performing sales team to drive revenue growth, expanding the client's market presence, and cultivating C-level relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a regional business strategy for the Middle East BFSI segment.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to drive revenue growth and expand the client's market presence.
  • Cultivate and manage C-level relationships with clients to position our client as a strategic partner and ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:
  • 15 years of experience in IT services with significant experience scaling revenues across the KSA region.
  • Deep expertise in the BFSI sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
  • Achieved and exceeded revenue targets and business growth.
  • Excellent at building C-level relationships and managing stakeholders.
