We're seeking an accomplished finance leader to spearhead our reinsurance business in Saudi Arabia.

Main Tasks

  1. Spearhead the Finance function across all WTW locations, guaranteeing adherence to regulatory requirements.
  2. Support the inception of new broking operations, including establishing Finance processes.
  3. Develop a robust internal control environment, encompassing banking, payments, and financial reporting.
  4. Present regular financial updates to WTW International and stakeholders on business performance.
  5. Conduct thorough reviews of strategic business plans to drive growth and optimize performance.
  6. Initiate and oversee change initiatives across the business, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and profitability.
  7. Manage the accounts receivable collections process and associated reporting.
  8. Offer timely and accurate financial intelligence to inform senior management decisions.
  9. Ensure compliant USGAAP reporting.
  10. Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, aligning with both business and corporate goals.
  11. Monitor and control company finances, including balance sheet and cash flow.
  12. Facilitate efficient tax planning, reporting, and compliance under the guidance of the WTW Tax Team.
