Marketing Specialist Role

Nqoodlet is seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to drive brand awareness and generate leads through innovative marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation and Campaigns:
  • Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, blogs, and email.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.
  • Design compelling marketing materials and sales collateral.
  • Optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance.
  • Maintain consistent branding across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Develop and maintain a strong brand presence online and offline.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing assets.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Inform marketing strategies and campaigns with insights from research.
  • Identify new marketing opportunities and channels to reach target audiences.
  • Align marketing efforts with sales goals through close collaboration with the sales team.
  • Coordinate with the customer success team to ensure marketing materials support customer engagement and retention.
  • Provide feedback to the product team to help improve our offerings based on market insights.

Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Strong writing, communication, and creative skills.
  • Enthusiasm for fintech and digital marketing.
  • Proactive and self-motivated.
  • Basic understanding of marketing tools and analytics is a plus.
