We are searching for a highly skilled Helpdesk Agent to join our team at Al Falak. As a key member of our helpdesk, you will be responsible for providing expert-level customer support and technical assistance to our clients.
You will interact with customers via various channels, including phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries and resolving any technical issues efficiently. You will also provide product information, pricing details, and availability, as well as process customer transactions and maintain accurate records.
To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. A strong analytical mindset and attention to detail are essential, along with proficiency in CRM systems and practices.
A Bachelor of Business Administration (Management) degree is desired but not necessary. We invite applications from candidates with a proven track record in customer service, retail, or a similar field, who can bring their skills and enthusiasm to our team.
The successful candidate will be part of our Helpdesk, Customer Service, and Telecalling department, driving the growth and success of Al Falak's IT - Software Services sector.
