As a Project Coordinator at Master-Works, you will play a vital role in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects. In this dynamic role, you will work closely with project managers and team members to facilitate communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and documentation.
  • Coordinating project activities by organizing meetings and ensuring clear communication among team members.
  • Tracking project progress and reporting on key performance indicators, helping to identify potential issues early on.
  • Managing project documentation, including contracts, proposals, and project updates.
  • Supporting the preparation of project budgets and resource allocation.
  • Assisting in the risk management process by identifying potential risks and helping to develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensuring that all project activities adhere to organizational policies and quality standards.
  • Coordinating communication with clients and stakeholders to keep them informed about project status.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or related roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
