Job Details

Job Title: Data Entry Clerk - Production Operations

Reports to: Manager, Production Operations

Location: Medinet alfanar Alsinaiya, Riyadh

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage production data in SAP, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Arrange production consumables and create reservation requests for raw materials from store as per production requirements.
  • Post and confirm all job cards with required details without delay, ensuring accuracy of data.
  • Coordinate with Foreman/Charge hands for Job card corrections on need basis.
  • Release production orders.
  • Enter finish goods movement in SAP on a daily basis.
  • Create and post trial orders if any.
  • Create and post rework orders if any.
  • Prepare production report on a daily basis for production lines.
  • Coordinate with Store keeper/Engineer for validation of entered data bi-Monthly.
  • Prepare monthly production orders variance report, with justification from account data.
