This position plays a critical role in driving business success by ensuring that goods are delivered on schedule, from loading to delivery at warehouses or retail stores. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills with the ability to generate and interpret logistics performance reports, as well as excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Responsibilities include monitoring and tracking shipments from allocation date until the transportation movement is completed from origin warehouses to the final destination point. Additionally, the Logistics Executive must coordinate with transportation companies, third-party logistics providers, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
Key responsibilities also include ensuring all goods are delivered on schedule, managing store deliveries, returns, and stock transfers, maximizing transportation utilization, and overseeing local warehouse inbound and outbound operations for all product categories. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, flexible approach to adapting to changing business needs.
