DETASAD is seeking a Delivery Excellence Manager to lead the strategic direction of our PMO and drive successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in setting up and leading a PMO for a Technology company, with expertise in project financials, AI-driven transformation, and stakeholder engagement.

The Delivery Excellence Manager will play a key role in mentoring project managers, enforcing standardization, and providing transparency in project performance for executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • AI-Driven Transformation:
    • Develop and execute a roadmap for integrating AI and automation into project management practices, including predictive analytics, autonomous reporting, and optimization tools.
  • Establish governance frameworks, standardized methodologies, and processes to ensure efficient delivery of all projects.
  • Strategic Oversight:
    • Monitor and guide the portfolio of projects to ensure alignment with DETASAD's strategic objectives, financial goals, and resource utilization.
  • Resource Optimization:
    • Leverage AI and data-driven insights to enhance resource planning, allocation, and performance tracking.
  • Mentorship and Development:
    • Foster a high-performing team of project managers, encouraging a culture of innovation, learning, and continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to DETASAD leadership, providing clear, actionable insights and decision-making support.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, project management, engineering, or related fields (Master's preferred).
  • 15+ years of experience in project or portfolio management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated experience in setting up and leading a PMO for a Technology company.

Certifications:

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications.

Skills:

  • Expertise in project financials, including cost analysis, revenue recognition, and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (ServiceNow) and knowledge management platforms.
  • Practical experience of SAP modules.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities.
  • Ability to establish a fully agentic, AI-driven PMO within a specified timeframe.
  • Capacity to improve project delivery success rates through AI-enabled insights and innovative practices.
  • Capacity to provide DETASAD leadership with actionable data to drive strategic decisions and resource optimization.
