Job Description


We are seeking a highly skilled Director - Entertainment Strategy to shape the strategic direction of our entertainment offerings. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of groundbreaking entertainment projects.




  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the Executive Director of Entertainment Strategy in developing and executing the entertainment asset class strategy.
  • Oversee the design and early development stage of new entertainment assets to ensure alignment with Qiddiya's entertainment offering and financial targets.
  • Lead research and delivery of new entertainment concepts to be integrated into Qiddiya's entertainment strategy.
  • Manage consultants, IP licensors, and other third parties to ensure insights and recommendations are in line with the overall vision and objectives.
  • Develop analysis and research on entertainment asset benchmarks and/or strategic topics to support robust decision making.
  • Develop initial go-live strategies and provide implementation support to other functions within Qiddiya.
  • Prepare and present materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Establish and monitor key assets' KPIs covering development, business, financial, and operational plans.
