About the Role

In this Customer Success Engineer position, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our clients by providing them with expert technical guidance and support. You will work closely with customers to understand their software development lifecycle and integrate Black Duck's products into their code integration processes.

Your responsibilities will include documenting customer requirements, onboarding new accounts, and identifying areas for improvement in both the Software Integrity product line and company functions. You will also provide customer enablement through formal training and self-sufficiency initiatives.

Key Requirements
