Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Product Manager - Video & Audio to actively seek out and engage customer prospects in the KSA market. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in the AV industry, with a strong understanding of customer needs and a willingness to travel regularly to work directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Engagement: Effectively communicate and demonstrate product aspects to clients, arranging regular demonstrations to prospective clients.
  2. Brand Sales Activity: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive top-line revenue growth and customer acquisition levels in the KSA market.
  3. Sales Activities: Engage in sales activities, including customer visits, telephone contacts, trade seminars, product demonstrations, and customer training seminars.
  4. Market Development: Generate demand for brands/products by demoing to end-users and lead and scale a team to grow this market segment.
  5. Customer Support: Provide after-sales service support and technical assistance to customers in the local and regional market.
  6. Order Management: Win orders with the most beneficial commercial and financial terms, working closely with the orders department.
  7. Market Intelligence: Develop and analyze market information for strategic planning purposes, collaborating with the Marketing Team.
  8. Team Collaboration: Maintain a close relationship with technical support and application teams to support the business.
  9. Reporting: Prepare a monthly detailed business plan, identifying sales objectives, sales opportunities, and sales forecasts for the Quarter.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with knowledge of audio products.
  3. Skills: Highly motivated and target-driven individual with a proven track record in sales, excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  4. Personal Attributes: Strong attention to detail, good analytical skills, and a strong sense of urgency and results orientation.
