Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nephrology Consultant to join our team at Fakeeh Care Group. As a key member of our medical staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the development of our nephrology services.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patients with kidney disease, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.

  • Assessing patients with kidney disease, including evaluating their clinical, socioeconomic, psychological, and functional status;
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based approaches and adhere to standards of care;
  • Documenting patient assessments and treatment plans in accordance with DSFH policies;
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and outcomes;
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including discharge planning services, to ensure coordinated care;
  • Responding to medical consultations in a timely manner and adhering to DSFH policies;
  • Authenticating discharge summaries and ensuring timely completion;
  • Providing education to patients and their families on take-home medications and indicated discharge instructions;
  • Maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to all organizational policies regarding ethical business practices;
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  1. A structured training background in nephrology or a related field from a recognized medical center;
  2. Experience in the field of nephrology, as per Saudi Commission for Health Specialty requirements;
  3. Saudi Commission for Health Specialty and Ministry of Health Saudi License;
