Job Summary

The Account Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional sales and negotiation skills and have experience working in a fast-paced sales environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  2. Negotiate Deals: Negotiate deals with customers to meet sales targets and achieve business objectives.
  3. Build Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and stakeholders.
  4. Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

Collections:

  1. Collect Overdue Payments: Follow-up with customers regularly for achieving the collections targets.
  2. Raise Concerns to Supervisor: Raise concerns to the supervisor in case of overdues or collection issues.
  3. Prepare Collection Reports: Prepare and share the collection status report.
  4. Manage Cash and Checks: Submit cash and checks to cashier along with supporting documents to ensure accurate accounting of collections.
