About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive - HVAC to join our team at Shakersa.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the HVAC market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth and meet targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and clients through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
  • Create and present proposals to clients, highlighting the value of Shakersa's products and services.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales forecasts and backlogs, ensuring accurate data-driven decision making.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for both parties.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure sales strategies align with organizational goals.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and business ethics in all interactions.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and generate regular reports for management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and the competitive landscape.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the HVAC industry or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients, distributors, and industry partners.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in negotiation, presentation, and proposal-writing skills.
  • Experience in preparing sales forecasts, reports, and proposals.
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze customer needs effectively.
