A reputable business solutions provider, Kinetic Business Solutions, is seeking a seasoned Service Sales Director to lead their sales team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of service-based sales strategies and have experience in driving revenue growth through effective leadership and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To design and implement sales policies that align with the company's service goals and objectives.
  • To lead the sales team by defining operational requirements and setting clear performance expectations.
  • To conduct regular training sessions for sales engineers to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills to meet customer needs.
  • To identify new business opportunities and pursue them through proactive engagement with customers.
  • To establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • To serve as a liaison between sales, customer service, and supply chain/logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • To analyze market trends and translate them into actionable sales strategies and contracts.
  • To stay up-to-date on market and product developments to inform sales decisions.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the oil and gas or construction industry.
  • Experience in selling service contracts or rental of capital equipment within the Oil & Gas/Safety/Construction or similar industry.
  • KSA experience is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Availability for face-to-face interviews in the designated location.
