We are seeking a highly skilled Process Specialist to join our team at one of our factories. This role will be responsible for overseeing PC & Non-PC Process operations, assisting in the management of SET work duties, and providing technical support to factory management.

The ideal candidate will have a B.Sc. in a Technical/Engineering Major, minimum 3 years' experience in F&B manufacturing, and SET certification in Process PC or Non-PC. They will also possess strong analytical thinking skills, ability to influence decisions, and leadership skills to manage a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee PC & Non-PC Process operations at the site.
  • Assist in the management, coordination & prioritization of daily SET work duties.
  • Provide technical support to the factory management in effectively running the Process operation.
  • Troubleshoot, solve & rectify technical problems.
  • Function as the resident expert.
  • Act as the communication link between site and BUET (MOS).
  • Manage/support all site-based projects including new line installation, factory expansions, new product launches etc.
  • Support the development of others through SET Schools, CDAPs, Competency Assessments, Training & Development Plans.
  • Develop site Process SET pipeline.
  • Complete & report on Site IPS Audits.
  • Participate in Sector/BU led IPS Audit activities.
  • Ensure continuous governance & health check on site compliance with IPS standards. Lead and support the Gold Standard Qualification process as well as implementing CQV protocol for new launches & innovations.
  • Develop & execute process-related productivity initiatives, including Process Digitalization & Smart Manufacturing. Participate in BU/Sector led programs (Starfleet Interventions, Cross Audits, Deep Dives, etc.).
