Job Summary

JeelPay | جيل باي is seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to lead our finance team. As a Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing financial performance, creating financial models, and preparing regular reports on key financial metrics. You will also work closely with different departments to prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial performance, including revenue, costs, and margins.
  • Create financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profit based on user behavior and market trends.
  • Prepare regular reports on key financial metrics, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance.
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts by working with different departments.
  • Support cash flow projections and analysis of working capital, focusing on customer payment cycles.
  • Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, and market conditions to support pricing strategies and business growth.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and collections teams to align financial planning with business objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations, particularly those impacting transactions, and assist in audits.
Essential Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Professional certification.
  • Experience: 4-5 years of experience.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
  • Familiarity with accounting software.
  • Able to interpret large datasets and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to spot trends and inconsistencies in financial data.
  • Capable of identifying financial risks and recommending solutions.
